Light Intensity

Outdoors, the light being measured is mostly solar radiation. The category brings together pyranometers classified under ISO 9060:2018 and faster-responding silicon cell pyranometers, albedometers, shadow-ring pyranometers for diffuse radiation, UVA radiation probes with amplified outputs, PAR light sensors for plants and a spectroradiometer logger that measures illuminance, color temperature and color rendering index.

There are also handheld PAR and NDVI meters and wireless sensors that report to a base station.
