Application

This section groups instruments by what they are used for rather than by device type. Each application brings together what is usually installed or taken to the field in that sector: data loggers, weather stations, wireless sensor networks, multiparameter probes and portable or benchtop meters.

The areas range from the cold chain and healthcare to agriculture, meteorology, energy and the monitoring of water and air. The same instrument can appear in more than one application when it serves several sectors.
