Instruments that keep a time-stamped record of temperature, so you can show what happened inside a cold room, a refrigerated shipment, a greenhouse or a production line.

The range covers built-in sensors, external probes and thermocouple inputs. Depending on the model, data is downloaded over USB, viewed in an app or sent to the cloud, and some units add a display and alarms. Single-use loggers travel with the goods; reusable ones stay at the measuring point.
