LogBox Wi-Fi is an IoT device that pairs a built-in data logger with Wi-Fi connectivity, for remote monitoring and data recording wherever a facility has Wi-Fi infrastructure. Data can be reached remotely, wirelessly and from one central point through a SCADA application, a cloud dashboard or the NXperience software. Easy installation and accessibility are its strong points.

It offers three universal analog inputs plus one digital input that works as a pulse counter (flow sensor) or event recorder (doors opening and closing).

Connectivity and backup

MQTT lets the device publish data to IoT brokers, the cloud or a SCADA system, and Modbus TCP lets it act as a slave in SCADA systems. Its backup battery, with 2-year autonomy, keeps recording going without interruption even if the power supply or the wireless link fails.

LogBox Wi-Fi can be used to meet the security requirements of FDA Regulation Title 21 CFR Part 11.
