Rainfall

Rain gauges and sensors for measuring rainfall: tipping bucket and weighing models, with heated versions for sub-zero temperatures, and a detector that signals when rain or snow is falling. The compact weather stations on this page report precipitation together with wind, temperature and humidity.

There is also a visibility sensor that assesses light scattered by fog, rain or snow, and a simple rain gauge for small stations and irrigation management.
