Overview
Titanium and carbon fiber
Both PRO models combine titanium and carbon fiber, giving exceptional corrosion resistance and high compressive strength. As a result, they can measure at extreme depths of up to 300 m.
Unique measurement chamber
The protective end cap found on every Aquaprobe now extends along the inside of the sleeve. Screwed onto the sleeve, it forms a more stable measurement chamber for all installed sensors. Its matte black finish prevents reflections, and the sealed space is shielded from stray light.
The same chamber can be used to calibrate the sensors, with the calibration cup that fits onto the base of the probe: it surrounds and seals the openings and holds the probe upright. Less calibration solution is needed, which lowers maintenance costs.
Smart sensors
PRO water analysis probes come with all the key smart sensors for water quality as standard, plus a self-cleaning system that keeps them clean during long-term monitoring. The key sensors are:

- Redox
- Temperature
- Depth
Control ring on the AS-PRO
The AS-PRO has a novel three-position control ring for safely changing the probe's function: switch the unit off, set it to automatic mode or activate Bluetooth mode. The ring includes a multicolor LED for several indications.
- Automatic mode: the probe detects whether its connector is capped, whether it is connected to a vented cable, to an Aquameter or to a PC via USB, and acts accordingly.
- Bluetooth mode: with the SondeLink app, the user can take live readings, calibrate the probe, set the logging regime, check battery and memory levels and transfer logged data from the probe to a PC.
