Water Level and Flow

HS14F6000-P Partially Filled Pipe & Open Channel Flowmeter

Reference
HS14F6000-P

The HS14F6000 series flowmeter pairs a flow calculator with the Ultraflow HS146537 to measure the velocity, depth, pressure, temperature and conductivity of water moving through rivers, streams, open channels and pipes.

The calculator works out the cross-sectional area of a partially filled pipe, an open channel or a river; for rivers and streams you can enter up to 20 coordinate points that trace the shape of the cross section.

What it measures

  • Conductivity
  • Water Level and Flow

Overview

The Ultraflow HS146537 velocity and level transducer brings water velocity, depth, pressure, conductivity and temperature instruments together with a solid-state logger, a new generation of intelligent flow measurement systems.

Combined with the HS14F6000 calculator, it also delivers flow rate and total flow, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Features

  • Up to 20 coordinate points define the river cross section
  • Velocity, depth and conductivity measured by one instrument simultaneously
  • Velocity range 0.02mm/s to 10m/s, bi-directional, with 1% accuracy
  • Depth range 0 to 10m
  • Velocity measured in forward flow and in back flow
  • Depth obtained from both pressure sensor and ultrasonic level sensor principles
  • Coordinate correction and pressure compensation
  • IP68 epoxy-sealed body for long periods under water
  • RS485/MODBUS output for a direct link to a computer
