Many instruments in this category measure water temperature together with another parameter: conductivity, pH and level sensors, dissolved oxygen systems and multiparameter probes, including titanium probes for great depths.

For temperature alone, there are compact water-resistant loggers suited to continuous immersion, a capsule that protects loggers against moisture, solvents and pressure, and a wireless transmitter for Pt100 probes.
