Overview

The HD30.1 performs spectral analysis of light across the visible and ultraviolet ranges, and its design aims at maximum flexibility of use.

System layout

Two parts connected by a cable make up the system: the HD30.1 data logger-indicator and the measuring probes, which are also offered together as a kit under code HD30.1K. The spectral range depends on the probe fitted:

  • HD30.S1: visible spectral region (380nm-780nm)
  • HD30.S2: ultraviolet spectral region (220nm-400nm)

The probes are interchangeable and come calibrated, each one storing its own calibration file.

Photo-colorimetric quantities from the HD30.S1

Working over the visible region (380nm-780nm), this probe calculates:

  • Illuminance [lux]
  • Correlated color temperature CCT [K]
  • Trichromatic coordinates [x,y] (CIE 1931) or [u',v']
  • CRI (color rendering index, R1...R14, Ra)
  • PAR [µmolphot/sm2]

Radiometric quantities from the HD30.S2

Working over the ultraviolet region (220nm-400nm), this probe calculates UVA, UVB and UVC irradiance, all in W/m2.
